The short version: we collect your email to let you know when DayFlow launches. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
DayFlow is an AI-powered calendar and planning app currently in development. This policy covers the DayFlow waitlist and landing page.
For anything privacy-related, reach us at privacy@dayflowhq.com.
When you join the waitlist, we collect three things:
That's it. We don't collect your name, location, phone number, or anything else unless you contact us directly.
We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you gave by ticking the checkbox when you signed up. You can take that consent back at any time by emailing us or clicking unsubscribe in any message we send you.
Your data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database based in the United States. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and handles international transfers through Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data sits behind Row Level Security, which means it's not readable by anyone other than us.
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for any marketing purpose.
We hold your data for as long as DayFlow is active and you're still subscribed. If you ask us to delete it, we'll do so within 30 days. If DayFlow ever shuts down, all data will be deleted within 90 days.
If you're based in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
To use any of these rights, email privacy@dayflowhq.com. We'll get back to you within 30 days.
This page doesn't use cookies or any tracking scripts right now. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent before anything is set.
DayFlow isn't for anyone under 16. If you think a child has signed up through our form, let us know and we'll delete their data straight away.
We'll update this page as DayFlow grows. If anything significant changes, we'll email the waitlist before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
